Nerevon is built so that your data stays yours, even from us. Not because we say so. Because the system is designed to reduce what can be exposed.
Nerevon is built so that your data stays yours, even from us. Not because we say so. Because the system is designed to reduce what can be exposed.
No email. No username. No identity. There is nothing to register, because there is nothing to register with.
What does not exist cannot be leaked. The safest data is the data we never had.
Security improves when a system creates less sensitive data in the first place. The smaller the data surface, the less there is to expose.
Nerevon's infrastructure is designed to avoid retaining data that could identify you. Not because of policy language. Because the code minimizes where sensitive data can be stored.
Claims are easy to write. Strong boundaries are harder to break.
What matters is not what we say. What matters is whether the system is structurally capable of compromising your data. Ours is built to minimize that risk.
The free tier covers what most people need. Paid plans arrive later for those who want more.

Nerevon was built so that we cannot share what we do not have. This policy describes the data we process, what we do not, and the limits of our ability to identify or track you.
We do not keep any logs that could reconstruct your activity. Specifically, we do not log:
Device key. When you install the application, your device generates a cryptographic key pair locally. The public key, together with a randomly generated device identifier, reaches our infrastructure so that connections can be authorized. The private key never leaves your device.
Operational metadata. Our infrastructure temporarily processes the data needed to route encrypted traffic. This is held in volatile memory only and is not written to disk.
Aggregate metrics. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying metrics (e.g., total connections per server, total throughput) to operate the service. These cannot be linked to a specific user.
Support email. If you write to us, we receive what you send. We keep that email only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
Website analytics. Our website uses minimal analytics that do not profile individual visitors. No third-party advertising or tracking.
Most VPN services promise "no logs" in their terms. A promise is a policy, and policies can change or be broken. We chose to design the system so that the data does not exist in the first place. There is no user account to subpoena, no email to leak, no log file to compromise.
If our servers were taken tomorrow, what would be obtained: a set of device public keys and ephemeral operational data. What would not be obtained: who you are, what you do online, when you do it, or where you are.
We comply with valid legal process from competent authorities. When such a request reaches us, we respond with what we actually have, which is minimal by design.
We are not legally compelled to retain user activity logs that we do not collect. Wyoming, where Nerevon LLC is registered, does not require VPN providers to log user data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes. We share information only with:
Nerevon LLC is located in the United States (Wyoming). Our infrastructure operates across multiple jurisdictions to provide redundancy and global availability. Using the service may involve cross-border data flows. For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transfers outside those regions rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because we hold very little, most requests can be fulfilled quickly.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. Without a user account, we may have limited ability to verify your identity, which constrains how we can respond.
Nerevon is not directed to individuals under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly process information from children. If you believe a child has interacted with the service, contact us and we will delete what we have.
Our website uses minimal cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
If we update this policy, material changes will be announced on nerevon.com at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

By using Nerevon's service, you agree to these terms. Material changes to these terms will be announced on nerevon.com at least thirty (30) days before they apply. If you wish to reject changes, stop using the service.
Nerevon protects your personal information with encryption and masks your metadata by replacing your IP address with one shared by many other users. The replacement breaks the traceable chain between you and your online activity.
The service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid options later; if so, we will update these terms first.
To use Nerevon, install the application on a supported device. The app generates a cryptographic key pair on your device. The private key never leaves your device. The public key, together with a randomly generated device identifier, is what our infrastructure uses to authorize the connection. There is no email, password, or username.
Save no record? That is the point. If you uninstall the app or lose access to your device, your access ends. There is nothing to recover, because there was nothing to register.
You agree not to use Nerevon to:
Our architecture means we cannot watch what you do. That does not make you less responsible. We may terminate access if we are made aware of violations through complaints, legal process, or technical evidence we receive.
You are also prohibited from using Nerevon to operate a competing VPN, proxy, or anonymization service.
You must be at least 16 years old. You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or appear on any U.S. government list of restricted parties.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, fast, or free of errors. Connection quality depends on your network, device, and the services you reach.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Nerevon is one layer of privacy, not a complete solution. It is designed to protect against common threats: data brokers, unsecured networks, casual surveillance. It is not designed to protect against targeted attacks by sophisticated adversaries, compromise of your device, or information you share voluntarily with the services you connect to. For higher-risk needs, use additional tools (Tor, secure operating systems).
To the extent allowed by law, Nerevon LLC and its members and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. Where they do not, the limits apply only to the extent permitted.
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and Nerevon waive the right to a jury trial. Where permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of any class action.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections apply regardless of this section.

This is what cookies our website uses, and why.
One cookie is set when you accept or decline this notice, so we do not show it again. It contains nothing about you.
